Mark Downing is the owner of Class 101 East Hillsborough County. As a college planning advisor, it is his mission to guide students and their families through the complicated, sometimes stressful, steps leading to successful and affordable college admission. Utilizing Class 101’s proven methods, Mark meets with students individually to help them determine their college factors, prepare for standardized tests, refine essays, and submit applications.
Mark is a graduate of Indiana State University, where he earned his B.S. Degree in Safety Management. He worked successfully in that field for many years, and then made the decision to devote his time and talents to helping students discover their own best paths.
Mark says, “As the son of an elementary school teacher, I witnessed first-hand that there is no higher calling than to help a student further his or her education. I am proud to be following in my mother’s footsteps.”
