Josh Barker is a proven leader with experience building high-performing teams across multiple industries. In his current role, Josh serves as the Vice President of Franchise Recruitment at Unleashed Brands where he leads the development efforts for several brands. Josh is passionate about franchising and helping individuals accomplish their goals through business ownership. Prior to joining the Unleashed team, Josh served as Vice President of Franchise Development for Neighborly Brands, the world’s largest home-services franchisor, where he led the franchise development efforts for several brands. Before that, he was the Director of Franchise Development for nationally recognized, Christian Brother Automotive. Josh has built a reputation for implementing winning systems that both serve franchise candidates well and allows brands to accomplish their development goals by growing with the right people.
