A:We are looking for team members with the entrepreneurial spirit and self-direction to follow our proven business model as they bring Class 101 to their community. Franchisees need to be flexible and willing to work in the afternoons and evenings to accommodate meeting with teenagers, as well as have a passion for guiding young people. Individuals who are strong communicators, articulate, organized, patient, outgoing and positive are all ideal candidates for running a Class 101.

A:Our territories are based on a population base of about 250,000, which averages out to include six to eight high schools. In larger metropolitan areas, such as Nashville, Tennessee, (which has a population of 600,000) there may be room for multiple franchisees.

A:No, although we do help students focus on grades and help build good study habits. We do not offer traditional tutoring services. We do offer ACT and SAT prep workshops.

A:We have three models of franchises: single owner; team franchise (two planners); and educational centers (multiple planners). The model is up to you; the franchise fee is the same for each model.

A:Class 101 has a thorough training platform that includes how to manage every aspect of your business. New franchisees go through a week-long training session at our home office in Lexington, Kentucky, and may bring one support staff team member.
